Cleaning and sanitising after each tenant is carried out in accordance with the government certification for Tourism and Hospitality and COVID19 Safety Plan.

No. 19 Sailfish is a spacious house with plenty of parking. It has three bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room

The living area is open plan with a large modern kitchen with fresh water equipped with gas cooker, microwave, large fridge, a second fridge, separate pantry and loads of bench space. A flat screen TV is in the lounge area. Please feel free to bring your play station, Wii etc. and plug in. There are two extra large comfy lounges that provide plenty of seating. The covered timber deck at the front of the house has a 6 burner BBQ and an outdoor setting for 8 people (plus extra chairs), positioned to catch the afternoon sea breeze. It is well lit for night time entertaining.

The laundry has a upright freezer along with an automatic washing machine. There is a grassed area at front, desert landscaping to sides and back of house with private washing line at back. There is lots of parking available at both sides of the house with room for four vehicles, including boats.

The house is fully self contained. You need only bring your linen and consumables - everything else is supplied.
