No 4 Marlin Court borders the foreshore reserve, has some glimpses of the reef with the water's edge approximately 60 meters from the doorstep.
It is just perfect for small families or couples, has two bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
There is a double bed in the main bedroom and a double bed and a set of bunks in the other. They are separated by a central kitchen /living/dining area well equipped with gas oven, large two door refrigerator, smaller single door refrigerator, a chest freezer and a washing machine.
In addition there is a flat screen TV with HDMI connection, LG VCR/DVD player and single CD player. There is a Webber Q BBQ on the front timber deck verandah, outdoor setting for 6 and a large expanse of level grassed front yard bordering the reserve. In addition there is a 4 burner flat BBQ on the new east facing patio/pergola.
The central living area of the home is air conditioned and there is a telephone available for incoming calls.

Other than linen and consumables, everything is supplied in the house. Linen is available at an additional charge - if required, please enquire at the time of booking.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate your request.
Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is required.  Full payment plus a bond of $400 is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.  Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
