This fully renovated two bedroom beach house is perfect for couples or small families.

Bordering the foreshore reserve, with some glimpses of the reef, it's the closest house to the beach with the water's edge approximately 65 metres from your doorstep.

AIRCONDITONED AND CONNECTED TO FRESH SCHEME WATER

There's a double bed in the main bedroom and double bed and set of bunks in the other. They are separated by a central fully equipped kitchen/living/dining area with large two door refrigerator, microwave and gas stove.

The central area is air conditioned and the laundry has a washing machine.

There are two outside entertaining areas.

On the west facing timber deck you'll find an outdoor setting, Webber Q BBQ, outdoor refreshments refrigerator and chest freezer.

On the east facing patio/pergola there's another outdoor setting and a 4 burner gas BBQ with hood.

There's a large expanse of grassed area bordering the foreshore reserve and an outside screened shower, ideal for that quick rinse off when coming back from the beach.

Other than linen and consumables, everything is supplied. Linen is available at an additional charge. If required please enquire at time of booking.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate your request. Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
